Dragon, not worm!

GOSH GOSH GOSH.
Dragon Boat training is fking hell tough!
I thought it was quite simple afterall i ran like 16 rounds around dover track. I thought that was all we're going to do only...

BUT, later we went up to the hall and did something call.... CIRCUIT. THIS IS THE ONE I HATE THE HELL MOST. Did 3 set, and 1 set includes... 25 push-ups, 25 sit-ups, 25 jumping(your knee cap gotta hit ur chest) and 6 rounds of short distance run(3 times per set). I cheated my way through man!! It's really dam tough kay. But all the people there are like so... friendly? Keep cheering for you one. Actually they will make you feel bad if you didnt complete the whole thing. LOL. But maybe we're new... the instructor kindof close one eye... LOL.

Later camp inside GYM, looking at those seniors working out. Dam hiong one tmd. Train train and train non stop. Then suddenly someone rush up saying some has fainted. I was like ?.? LOL. First of all, it's because that guy name is wang wang LOL. Secondly, maybe it's too sudden and lastly maybe i'm too tired...

I wonder if i'll be attending Friday's and Sunday's rolling lesson anot... Cos i'm worn out totally!
